Four ways to work with us. A standard clean is the whole house, every visit. A deep clean is the reset a home needs once. A recurring plan keeps it there. And an empty home — moving in or moving out — is its own job entirely.

Premium tier

Deep cleans

Everything dusted, everything vacuumed, bathrooms and kitchen done properly, baseboards and inside the microwave included. The spots most crews skip. One visit, once, when the home needs it. Priced above a standard clean.

Standard cleans

Kitchens and bathrooms scrubbed, floors vacuumed and mopped, surfaces dusted, cobwebs cleared, trash out, beds made. The whole house every visit — not a starting point you add to. No room skipped because it looked fine on the way in.

Recurring cleans

Weekly, biweekly, or monthly. The whole home to standard every visit, and we keep our own record of your house so it stays ahead instead of only staying level. You don't have to keep track. We do. Your first visit is the full reset, priced on its own.

Move-in / move-out

One job, two reasons. Moving out? You are buying a pass — inside every cabinet, drawer and closet, because they are empty and that is exactly where the inspection goes. Moving in? You are buying a reset — someone else’s bathroom and fridge, done before the truck arrives, while the house is still easy to clean properly. Realtors and landlords turning a unit: ask us about a standing rate.

One flat price agreed before we start — no hourly meter, no surprises. Recurring visits cost less.

These are base prices for a standard clean. Deep cleans start at $300. Add-ons are quoted separately — the common ones are priced above, and the full menu is on the pricing page.

Minimum visit $140 — published, on purpose. Your exact flat price is agreed at the walkthrough, before any work begins. Your first clean is a one-time deep or initial clean — we pick which with you, from the house in front of us. Move-out and post-construction cleans priced per home. Your fourth clean is half off, up to $100. All prices + sales tax where it applies.
